Works well to do 2nd story of a house : 24' Heavy-Duty Telescoping Extension Wand, Leverlock

I purchased this in lieu of buying a 3500psi washer (I have a 2400psi washer), so I could reach my second story dormers and siding. Works great, but if you extend it to the full length, hang on and make sure you are leaning into it! At the full extended length it is hard to handle (especially with a turbo nozzle on it), and I have a lot of upper body strength and the mass to go with it. However, if you lean it in towards the wall and then let the pressure hold it back from the wall for you, it isn't too bad. I bought the silly harness thing to help hold it, but it is pretty worthless, and makes it really hard to adjust the height or change a nozzle, because you have to unhook from it.

The only functional problem I had was the lock clamps seem to really tighten up in use, and i had to use a pipe wrench twice to loosen them so i could change the extension height. It seems to help if you don't tighten them very tight in the first place, as it seems to hold with very little force.

Overall, much cheaper and really more effective than buying an over-powered pressure washer.
